To Be Eligible For Hospice Services
- The patient has a terminal illness and is no longer seeking a cure for their illness
- There is a primary caregiver willing to assist in the home
- A physician has ordered hospice care
Our hospice is a licensed and certified provider of home health and hospice care. Hospice services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
